Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
- Thinly sliced chicken
- Green beans, chopped
- Spring onions, sliced diagonally
- Minced garlic
- ¼ chili pepper, finely chopped
- A dash of ginger
- Soy sauce
- Hoisin sauce
- Cashew nuts
Preparation:
Prepare Indomie Mi Goreng noodles as per packaging instructions, drain and add seasonings from the sachets. Fry spring onions and green beans on a frying pan until soft. Take them out and set aside. Add chicken mixed with garlic, chili, ginger, hoisin sauce and soy sauce onto a frying pan. Cook until chicken is almost done. Then add beans and spring onions (the ones you already prepared) and stir-fry until chicken is fully cooked. Add cashew nuts and serve. Enjoy your meal!
