Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Indomie noodles (any kind)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 egg – scrambled, fried or thinly sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Spring onions, chopped (optional)
Preparation:
Cook the noodles halfway (1 minute) and drain them. Set aside. Heat oil in wok or a frying pan. Fry the onions and ground ginger. Add mushrooms and mixed vegetables and fry for another 2 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked. Add half cooked noodles, soya sauce sachet from the packaging and the sliced egg. Stir-fry on low heat until noodles are warm. Remove from the heat and sprinkle some chopped spring onions on top. Enjoy your meal!
