Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
- 2 eggs
- Milk
- Any meat of choice
- 1 onion
- Tomato sauce
- Seasonings of your liking
Preparation:
Prepare noodles per package instructions. Grill or cook the meat any way you want (to your liking). Chop onion into small dices and lightly fry it on a pan until it turns golden brown. Add meat and noodles to the onion. Set aside. Whisk eggs and some milk, pour the mixture onto a frying pan so it covers the bottom of the pan (like a pancake). Before the eggs are fully done, place noodles on top of the omelette and fold the egg. Add a bit of tomato sauce and serve. Enjoy your meal!
