Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
- 2 sachets of Indomie Mi Goreng seasonings
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Chives
Preparation:
Cook noodles per packaging instructions. Once the noodles have cooked, drain them and add the Mi Goreng seasonings. Set aside to cool. Mix the melted butter with curry powder and brown sugar, cook on low heat for a few minutes, constantly stirring. Add sliced hard-boiled eggs to noodles, pour the butter, curry and sugar mixture on top and add mayonnaise. Blend everything and put in a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Enjoy your meal!
